Program Description
Florida KidCare offers affordable, low-cost health insurance for the uninsured children of Florida. No interview required, just fill out and mail the easy, one-page application and we will tell you if your child is eligible.

General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Florida, under 19 years of age, not covered by health insurance (including Medicaid), a US national, citizen, legal alien, or permanent resident and you must have an annual household income before taxes of less than:

• $18,621 if one person lives in the household;
• $24,981 if two people live in the household;
• $31,341 if three people live in the household;
• $37,701 if four people live in the household;
• $44,061 if five people live in the household;
• $50,421 if six people live in the household
